Reservations can be made via email or phone. Once availability has been confirmed, the corresponding ticket or invoice will be sent via email with the reservation confirmation.

Payment Methods for Your Reservations

To confirm your reservation for any of the expeditions or tours contracted through Huillca Expedition, you must make an advance payment of 50% of the total payment through one of the preferred payment methods. This deposit is required for any of our tours and expeditions.

IMPORTANT: All payment methods have respective commissions that are assumed by the customer. This commission can be seen for each payment method.

I. Online Payments

1.1. Payment with credit or debit card

You can pay for our services with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club credit or debit cards. Follow these steps to make the payment:

Request that your bank enable your credit or debit card for online payments.
Next, enter our secure payment site at the following LINK.
Once on the payment form, enter the required data in the different fields according to the example and click continue to enter your card details; finally, once the payment is completed, both you and we will receive an email confirming the success of the payment operation.

Commission: The additional amount is 5% of the amount to be paid.

1.2. Payment with PAYPAL

Make the payment requested only to this email or to the email: reservas@huillcaexpedition.com
Once the payment is received, we will send you an email confirming the amount received.

Commissions: The additional amount is 6.7% of the amount to be paid.
