ESNNA Prevention Policies

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) in terms of prevention of SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF GIRLS, CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESNNA) in the field of tourism, seeks to sensitize foreign and national tourists, tourism service providers, regional authorities and locals, teachers, tourism students, schoolchildren and the community in general, about the real problem of SEC in our country, developing actions aimed at the prevention and eradication of this problem.

Our Company Policy

Huillca Expedition, in compliance with the provisions of current legal provisions regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, and accepting the policy of the Peruvian Government, commits to:

  • Do not promote sexual tourism of children and adolescents through the design of our tourist packages. Selecting and evaluating responsible suppliers. Also within the criteria for disqualifying suppliers is supporting the exploitation of human beings, especially sexual exploitation and particularly when it affects children and adolescents.
  • Raise awareness and train our collaborators in the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
  • Inform our customers and suppliers about our policy for the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
  • Condemn and report to the competent authorities, any act of exploitation or sexual abuse against minors, and about which we have knowledge.
  • Prohibit and reject that the collaborators of our company and suppliers (guides, cooks, drivers, etc.), carry out the dissemination of pornographic material of minors.
  • Prohibit the use and dissemination of illegal material with minors through our company's social networks.
  • Implement measures that prevent our collaborators from offering tourist guidance or promoting sexual contact with minors.
  • Disseminate information to our clients about the existence of legislation against the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Display in a public place, either digitally or in print, our policy for the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
