Reservation & Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:

  • 7 days or more in advance: 90% refund of the total amount.
  • 4 to 7 days in advance: 70% refund of the total amount.
  • 2 days or less in advance: No refunds will be issued.

Important: In case of cancellation, administrative and banking fees are non-refundable.

Date Changes

If you need to modify the date of your tour (valid only for private tours), the following conditions will apply:

  • More than 5 days in advance: Date change at no additional cost.
  • 3 to 5 days in advance: A 20% fee of the total cost will apply.
  • 2 days or less in advance: No date changes or refunds will be allowed.

Date changes are subject to availability.

Safety & Responsibility

  • Our professional guides are trained in high-altitude first aid and will carry an emergency first-aid kit with medicinal oxygen.
  • In case of a medical emergency, the passenger will be transported to the nearest health center, but all evacuation costs are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • It is mandatory to inform us in advance of any allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.
  • Weather Conditions & Client Responsibility

  • The trek takes place in high-altitude mountain conditions, where the weather is unpredictable. Rain, snow, or extreme cold are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to bring the appropriate gear (see our recommended packing list).
  • Travel insurance covering altitudes above 5,000 m.a.s.l. is highly recommended.
